We love asparagus...so here we go with some more - nicely prepped for the Egg with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Garlic mashed potatoes...so easy. All baked on the Egg - then add butter, some milk, and use a wooden spoon to mix...

Green beans in foil - ready to go... Steaks also seasoned and ready. NY Strip & a Rib Eye which is trussed . (A tip from my brother...)

So... The green beans are tossed w/olive oil and seasoned w/Mojave Garlic Pepper. (John Henry's - East Texas.) Then they're ready for the Egg...
